Media & Intellectual Property Rights
How customer media, permissions, processing rights, and final outputs are intended to work.Ozelaro is in public pre-launch. This preview does not accept paid orders or subscriptions. The final reviewed version will be published before checkout is enabled, and mandatory statutory rights will always take priority.
Customer authority
You must own or have sufficient licences, releases, permissions, and authority for every uploaded video, image, logo, font, music or audio element, listing fact, address, testimonial, person shown, connected account, and voice. Property access and filming permissions remain your responsibility.
Limited processing permission
The intended licence is non-exclusive, worldwide only where technically necessary, and limited to hosting, copying, transforming, captioning, voicing, quality-checking, delivering, and, only on explicit instruction, publishing your content. It should end after the agreed retention and backup period except where evidence must lawfully be retained or a documented dispute is unresolved.
Inputs, outputs, and platform materials
You retain your rights in customer-owned inputs. Final terms will distinguish customer-specific exports from Ozelaro software and templates, third-party music, fonts and materials, and vendor model outputs. Ozelaro will not promise exclusive ownership where law or a third-party licence does not permit transfer.
Real footage and factual integrity
Property videos must use authorised real footage supplied for that listing. Ozelaro will not silently replace it with generated property footage or invent unsupported facts. Any enhancement must not materially mislead a viewer about the property or offer.
Rights notices and takedowns
Rights, privacy, and urgent-safety notices can be started through hi@ozelaro.tech. Before paid launch, the final policy will publish the required notice details, counter-notice or appeal route where applicable, repeat-infringer measures, evidence handling, and complete operator contact details.
