Service

Ozelaro is designed to turn customer-supplied real footage and customer-approved facts into scripts, voiceover, captions, branded formats, quality-checked outputs, and, only when separately authorised, scheduled or published social content.

Automated results still require customer review. Availability, reach, rankings, leads, offers, sales, and revenue are not guaranteed.

Accounts and authority

Account holders must provide accurate information, protect access credentials, and ensure that every invited user is authorised to act for the business. You may not connect, publish to, or represent a property, brand, social account, voice, or person without authority.

Planned plans, billing, and cancellation

Before paid launch, the checkout will show the price, included monthly output quota, billing cadence, taxes, renewal timing, and test terms. Failed or system renders will not consume quota; only a final output that passes Ozelaro's quality checks will count.

Subscription cancellation and refund eligibility are separate decisions. The planned approach is explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, always subject to mandatory law.

Facts, advertising, and approvals

Ozelaro may extract candidate facts from material you supply, but you remain responsible for checking listing facts, prices, availability, claims, licence disclosures, equality and fair-housing requirements, and every required advertising notice before publishing. Ozelaro must not be used to invent unsupported facts.

Voice, content, and identity

Voice cloning is optional and requires separate, explicit speaker consent. You must own the voice or have documented authority from the speaker. Impersonation, deceptive synthetic media, or future generation after consent is withdrawn is prohibited.

You keep your rights in your footage, brand assets, approved facts, and voice material. You grant only the limited permission needed to host, process, transform, quality-check, deliver, and, when you instruct us, publish that content.

Connected platforms and suspension

Third-party platforms have their own terms, quotas, reviews, and policy rules. Ozelaro may pause a job when credentials expire, a provider rejects content, or required safety, authority, or compliance evidence is incomplete. Serious security, rights, fraud, or policy risks may lead to suspension.

Final terms before paid launch

The final terms will add the effective date, governing-law details, country-specific notices, data and termination rules, and legally reviewed liability provisions. If the operator later changes to a registered company, its verified registration and tax details will replace the individual-operator details before it becomes the contracting party. Nothing on this preview removes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow a contract to exclude.
