Public pre-launch notice
Refund & Cancellation Policy
The planned cancellation and fair-refund model for Ozelaro's future paid service.Ozelaro is in public pre-launch. This preview does not accept paid orders or subscriptions. The final reviewed version will be published before checkout is enabled, and mandatory statutory rights will always take priority.
Cancellation is separate from a refund
Customers will be able to stop renewal without unnecessary friction and receive durable confirmation. Cancellation decides when future renewal and access end; it does not by itself decide whether a payment is refundable.
Monthly plans
- Default cancellation will take effect at the end of the already-paid billing period.
- Access will continue until that date and no later renewal will be charged.
- A simple change of mind will not receive a voluntary refund for the current month, subject to mandatory statutory rights and service-failure remedies.
Annual plans
- Cancellation will stop the next annual renewal; paid access will normally continue through the current term.
- For a first annual purchase, Ozelaro plans a 14-day commercial refund window where lawful.
- Within that window, a refund may deduct only the pre-purchase disclosed value of delivered, QA-passed outputs and specifically disclosed nonrecoverable external costs that are lawful to deduct.
- Renewals and requests outside the voluntary window will not receive a change-of-mind refund unless mandatory law or another written promise applies.
$10 real-video test
- If Ozelaro fails to deliver a QA-passed test output, the planned remedy is an automatic refund or, only if the customer chooses and the product supports it, an equivalent restored credit.
- After a QA-passed test output is delivered, the planned policy provides no voluntary change-of-mind refund for the one-time test, provided the result and value were clearly disclosed before purchase.
- This does not limit remedies for a defective or misdescribed service.
Failed renders and fair deductions
Failed or system renders and outputs that do not pass QA will not consume a video credit. A credit charged in error will be restored. Ozelaro will not deduct failed renders, internal mistakes, undisclosed charges, penalties, or costs prohibited by law.
Any permitted deduction must be backed by a durable QA proof tied to the delivered media, use a basis disclosed before payment, reflect value actually delivered, and never exceed the unrefunded amount paid.
Statutory rights and review
Mandatory consumer and withdrawal rights always override this planned commercial policy. Any required request to begin performance during a cooling-off period, consent, or acknowledgement will be separate, clear, unticked, time-stamped, and retained. Uncertain jurisdiction, mixed delivery, fraud signals, or an open dispute will require human review and cannot reduce mandatory rights.
Approved refunds are intended to return through the original payment method where supported. Provider and bank processing times vary. Questions: hi@ozelaro.tech.
